FAMILY SOLICITOR - SOUTH EAST London - LB7612 South East London based Law firm actively seeks a Family Law Solicitor to deal with a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded clients. The Ideal candidate will live in the South East London area. The caseload includes - - Marriage break down - Co-habitation- advising on co-habitation disputes including the legal ownership of property and financial settlements for children. - Domestic violence advise on and obtaining immediate protection for clients at risk of domestic violence, and all other related issues, protecting home and children. - Children issues - advising on private law children disputes involving contact, residence, parental rights, removal from jurisdiction and also in relation to public law children disputes which involve social services, and child protection issues. All PQE levels will be considered.
