ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEERS LED TECHNOLOGY NORTH YORKSHIRE Electronics Design Engineers are now required at this leading company in LED Technology to be responsible for the design and development of Electronic drive circuitry for the company's LED based product lines. This is a key role in the company and reporting to the Development Manager you will work as part of a team from product conception to successful operation in the hands of the customer. As Electronic Design Engineer your responsibilities will include the design and Development of electronic drivers for LED solid-state lighting, indication and signalling applications. You will work closely with optical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to bring quality product quickly to market. You will undertake the analysis of research data and proposed product specifications to determine feasibility of product proposal. You will also work with outside suppliers to select the best solution and components for the products; directing and coordinating manufacturing or building of prototype products. You will plan and develop experimental test programs, as well as undertake the analysis of test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. You will use computer assisted engineering and design software to perform design tasks. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, an excellent team player with strong communication and documentation
