HR Advisor - Multi Site, Southern England Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support across 3 multi disciplined sites ensuring best practice is maintained and department service standards are met. This is an exciting new role for an experienced HR professional to further develop their career within a growing and diverse organisation. Responsibilities will include: Providing advice, support and guidance on day-to-day Employee Relation issues, whilst interpreting best practice and ensuring legal obligations are met. Escalating problems when appropriate Assisting with regular interviewing and management of large recruitment campaigns when required Dealing with all first line disciplinary issues, within the published disciplinary and dismissal policy and managing follow-up action as required Formatting of monthly payroll input, in preparation for sign off, within agreed timescales to ensure that payroll is on time and in full Reviewing absence on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure consistency of payments and actions taken as necessary Carrying out individual exit interviews and produce monthly MI on results Dealing with all maternity, paternity and parental leave matters and ensure that appropriate notice has been given and payment and deductions are advised to Payroll Liaising with the local Training Administrator and ensure that all training activity is reported to central HR on a weekly basis Undertaking any administrative
