Store Manager - Quality Family Fashion

This company currently has over 450 stores and has embarked on a carefully planned expansion that has seen 20-30 outlets open every a year for the last 3 years. The long term objective is to operate around 700 UK sites. They have also developed their brand and refurbished their entire estate creating a brighter, modern and more customer friendly shopping environment and are now recognized as one of the most exciting and innovative retailers in the fashion sector. As a Store Manager you will have full accountability for all day to day store operations. You will be focussed on the effective management of your team, by training, coaching, delegating and empowering them to provide excellent customer service in a friendly environment. You will be given considerable control of store based costs and be expected to maximise this control to deliver a profitable performance. This company offers a range of fashion clothing and accessories but it is not important that you have worked with this product before. We are looking for professional, team orientated Manager with broad skills and lots of desire to progress.
