Job Details| Training Consultant | Contract | | A Corporate Billing Training Consultant is required in June for 15 days for a leading mobile telecoms company. A 1 day training programme designed to up skill the Customer Service Advisors in billing queries using both the Gemini and Carisma In house systems. You will be responsible for outlining the proposal of the training programme, content, delivery style, exercises, and cost to create, als details of Trainer and options for observation of their skills. The training must be carried out between 23rd June and 11th July 2008 and will include: How to create a BEN, Invoice Queries, Invoice Status, How to look for a Credit & Reissues on Gemini, How to view a manual airtime invoice plus more This training is very specific using their in-house system; therefore the client will provide a billing expert to sit in each training session for your support.
