Travel Sales Consultant. A leading Mediterranean Specialist is looking for experienced Travel Consultants to joining their expanding team due to growth within the company. As a Travel Specialist it will be your responsibility to promote all company products and services by maximising sales opportunities, sell key priority destinations and worldwide holidays to your clients. You will achieve this by delivering high levels of customer service to both increase sales and retain customer loyalty. You will be responsible for providing a quality service to all clients and potential clients. You will ensure a smooth and efficient operation of all sales procedures. You will liaise with all Manager and staff on a regular basis, to ensure internal communications remain harmonious. You will do this by supporting the aims & objectives of the business organisation and your department specifically, by achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly departmental targets, responding promptly to all enquiries and actively sell products (holidays, insurance, car hire, holiday extras) to enquirers. You will design, plan and prepare quotes for tailor made itineraries adhering to deadlines and conducting follow up calls/emails after quotes have been sent, which will also see you conducting periodic call backs to existing customers to encourage re-book. Closer to departure you will ensure customers receive the correct documentation regarding there booking, and process all sales bookings and reservations on
