Call Centre Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a successful call centre based in Warrington. They require Customer Service advisors.Your role will be to answer incoming calls from existing contract customers, looking for information regarding a upgrade or query on the policy they have purchased. You will be trained to handle majority of queries and solve problems. The Salary Starts at £13,999 with a healthy Bonus structure as well as benefits such as free on-site gym and excellent discounts for all company products. The role involves working in a friendly and busy environment. You will be required to work to targets and must enjoy working in a busy target orientated environment. Successful candidates will be flexible with working hours as shift will between the hours of 0800-2000 Monday-Sunday.
