PA to Director, Slough, Package up to 29k + excellent Benefits. Our Client, a market leader within the telecommunications industry are seeking an experienced PA to join them at their Head Office based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support at Director Level within a busy and successful sales team. Duties will include: To liaise with Senior Managers/Directors both internally and externally in a professional manner. Control & monitor correspondence. Produce Powerpoint presentations & Excel Spreadsheets as required. Communicate general information throughout the department as required, and manage the distribution of important documents and information via email & mail in a timely way. Co-ordinating internal/external meeting requirements, hotels & flight reservations. Raise purchase orders/invoices and keep centralised records of expenditure. Maintain up to date records of personal equipment, Effective management of email. Attend Team meetings - taking & distributing action points. Manage diary and Direct Reports whereabouts Produce reports as requested Track items for the team on monthly basis such as annual leave, sick leave, expenses, 1:1`s etc. Establish and maintain team contact lists & organisation charts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a busy PA role, have excellent PC skills and be extremely organised.
