Sous Chef, excellent hotel with great facilities, strong team, 20k-23k package, development and career progression. Sous Chef for Excellent 150+ bedroom 4.* hotel, with 1 Rosette (looking for 2), awarding winning restaurant, limited Conference & Wedding facilities and planned future prospects of a 2nd Restaurant. Hotel situated in the Cheshire countryside, with exceptional grounds and gardens. Hotel also boasts a large high quality leisure club, sports facilities and luxurious spa and leisure facilities. JOB DESCRIPTION: A Sous Chef is sought by this excellent Hotel to help develop and maintain the established kitchen brigade, with passion and flair to improve foods and further establish the creative menus. The ultimate goal is to achieve a very high standard in order to gain further accolades and quality awards. You will be expected to work through various sections in the kitchen, have good cooking and teaching skills, the ability to build & lead a team, importantly good communication skills are essential. This is an excellent position with Great Pay, Great hours, Great Shifts and the opportunity for rapid progression towards further goals REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Catering qualifications and/or previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred.
