Customer Service/Outbound Sales Professional
Contract
A medium size company in Coventry has some temporary vacancies available in their Outbound Customer Service/Sales department. You will be required to call existing and new clients from the company database and gain their commitment to attend meetings and conferences in the local area. You will then need to confirm the booking over the phone and issue any relevant material to the client. To be successful in this role you will need to have a excellent telephone manner and superb communication skills.
