Our client is a prominent, prestigious hedge fund based in the City of London looking to recruit a senior HR manager to operate a full generalist HR remit working closely alongside the business. The role will involve responsibilities for all aspects of HR from ER, training and development, resourcing to reward and benefits. This position is a standalone HR role reporting directly into the COO/FD. You will be a pragmatic, credible HR professional with an adaptable approach willing to work closely alongside the business and contribute to their strategic aims and goals as well as undertake all operational HR tasks. This role would suit an individual who has significant HR experience built within a leading FS organisation looking to branch into a part time post, maybe due to outside commitments and responsibilities/other interests. This is a part time role with flexible working hours - approximately 15 hours over 3 shortened working days this is dependent on the successful individual and is very much open for negotiation.
