Interim HR Manager - NHS

My client an NHS Trust is looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager for a initial 3 month period while they look to recruit on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Director you will act a as business partner to the Line Managers across the Trust providing generalist HR support. The main areas of responsibility for this role will be: Grievance & Disciplinary Sickness Absence Employee Relations Recruitment & Selection Learning & Development Workforce Planning HR Projects As the Successful candidate you will have NHS experience at a similar level. You will have a good understanding of Agenda for Change and ideally, Electronic Staff Records but this is not essential.
