Job Summary: The German Admin Team is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of employee salaries for Procter & Gamble. German Admin is split into various payroll areas (pay groups) and each caseworker has responsibility for a specific group of employees with in a pay group. P&G Germany has approximately 13500 employees located in various areas of Germany. The head office is in Schwalbach and there are several plants. We are a team of 25. Each caseworker is currently responsible for approximately 900 employees in Germany these can be office based, sales people or working on production lines in plants. Key Duties: Administrative support - requesting and tracking documents, responding to employee requests for documents. Data input manual payments eg tax data, sickness, overtime. Responsible for overseeing certain processes on behalf of all caseworkers eg Tax Cards, sickness (counting days, liaising with health insurance companies in Germany and escalating to caseworker when action is required). Preparing correspondence (letters and e-mails) exit papers, requests for paperwork, asking health insurance companies about same illnesses). File administration general office management, storage and organisation of personnel files (tambours, archive). Skills: A Level German Administrative skills IT skills. Flexible.
