Legal Training Executive - London. City law firm are seeking a skilled Learning & Development candidate to support the Learning & Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity as this is a brand new role, you will be required to design and deliver a portfolio of programmes from scratch and implement them into the firm. You will contribute to all aspects on raising individual performance. Focus on developing approaches to enhance staff skills, with particular focus on career development courses for Associates. You will design and deliver T&D programmes and revise the existing portfolio of programmes, and also undertake TNA, produce project plans and deliver team improvement projects. We are seeking an experienced Learning & development Consultant/Trainer preferably with Legal experience. If you are a qualified Lawyer with an interest or some experience in L&D, then please send your CV. Excellent package on offer for the right candidate.
