Construction Contracts Manager - Exeter. £50k-£55k + £5k Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits My client is a regional civil engineering and building company committed to providing a first class service to their clients through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout Wales and the South of England. Committed to working in a professional manner with a variety of clients, they cover all sectors of the industry throughout the South West for a range of private and public clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work out of their Exeter Office on their new build projects in the Devon region. You will be responsible for up to four different contracts simultaneously with values of up to £10 million each, throughout the South West. Reporting directly to the Board-you will be responsible for overseeing these projects and ensuring they are run to deadlines and to budget by your Project Managers. With a qualification in Construction at ideally degree level, you will have a wealth of experience in new-build and refurbs on projects valued between £1m-£10 million. With a proven track record in completing multiple projects on time and to budget, you will work well under pressure and be an exceptional leader. You will be already be working for a medium sized Contractor in a similar role.
