Senior Infrastructure Architect - TOGAF Networking Data Centres

Senior Infrastructure Architect - reporting into Head of Enterprise Architecture - TOGAF or Zachman - Networking (mobile data communications) - Servers - Data Centres - £9bn revenue organisation - root & branch business transformation. This senior infrastructure architect role is responsible for driving the development/deployment of an infrastructure architecture framework & related policies/standards within a hugely complex environment. Specific experience within any of the following is highly desirable - TOGAF or Zachman methodologies - Networking, especially mobile data communications - Data Centres - Servers. Specific responsibilities include infrastructure architecture design for a systems estate in excess of 300m pa; determining underlying infrastructure technologies & standards for all IS investments in the region of 150m pa; influencing programme/project delivery teams with reference to architectural compliance; budgetary responsibility for infrastructure architectural projects in the region of 100m pa plus influence on overall spend; communicating infrastructure architecture strategy, policy, standards across the enterprise; tracking emerging infrastructure technologies & standards, piloting & adopting as appropriate within context of overall business strategy. Strong communication & influencing skills, significant experience of operating at a strategic level within a large-scale complex multi-site environment and expert knowledge of the infrastructure architecture
