Cookery School Head Chef, 27,000 - 30,000. A Cookery school Head Chef is sought after by our client in North Yorkshire. Your role will involve working directly with the Hotels Head Chef running the cookery school for around 15 clients. Applications from Sous Chefs and Head Chefs welcome. JOB DESCRIPTION As the Cookery School chef your role will involve preparing menus and schedules for the weeks courses. You will be working directly with the Head Chef from there Award Winning Hotel. The applicant will need to be experienced in teaching others and not be afraid to speak. Applications welcome from experienced Sous Chefs and Head Chefs. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Applicants need to have relevant catering qualifications plus a D33 Assessors award would benefit but is not essential. You will need to have minimum experience at Sous Chef level and be able to communicate well with others.
