Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are recruitment specialists in the Call Centre market and currently have a range of exciting vacancies. We are currently recruiting for a prestigious financial company based on the Chester Business Park. We currently have some exciting temp to perm roles, which involve taking calls from customers who want to close their credit card accounts and offering them promotional rates on balance transfers and any other offers which may be beneficial to them. The roles require good customer service skills, communication skills and an ability persuade and negotiate. Although no previous experience is needed as full training is given.
