Import Co-ordinator Coggeshall £15k-£19k Import Co-ordinator - Widen your horizons and experience with this cutting edge organisation based in Coggeshall. Your administration and planning skills will assist you in supplying a high level of service to customers to ensure their requirements are met at all times. Reporting into the Operations Manager, your varied duties will include Liaising with Warehouse staff to communicate specific customer requirements Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines and haulers to manage customer accounts Manage all documentation for goods including Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading and Certificate of Origin Prepare documentation for Customs Entries Deal effectively with customers on a daily basis, providing assistance to all queries relating to progress of orders and pricing Prepare and issue quotations for the customers, Operations Manager and Team Leader; Ensure all jobs are accurately booked onto the in-house computer system for both FCL and LCL consignments Meeting deadlines, particularly during Company peak times of business which may require additional hours in order to meet the needs of the business Your excellent communications skills will serve you well when you liaise with
