Customer Adviser, Warrington. The client is a well known Building Society and the role is based in a branch environment. The purpose of the Customer Adviser is to provide a first class service to all the customers of the Society. Responsibilities include; Generating and following through sales opportunities and building up customer loyalty in order to maximise sales potential. Keeping up to date with the latest products and services in order to match products effectively to customer needs. Assisting in the running of the Branch and supporting the Branch Manager. Performing all cash and banking transactions quickly and accurately. Engaging in ongoing training and development. Candidates will have good sales and customer service experience and will have worked to sales targets in previous roles. Good Keyboard and Telephone skills are essential.
