Our leading international Plc client seeks a Graduate Recruitment Officer for their London corporate headquarters. This is a new role that has been created to develop a new initiative for the company to attract and retain graduates. Salary from £30k to £35k. Traditionally the company has relied on its under-graduate program to attract its annual intake, but has now recognised that it needs to alter its methods to remain competitive. They have identified a need to significantly increase their intake, and they aim to do this through the design and implementation of a dedicated Graduate Recruitment team. This is a real opportunity to implement your skills as a Graduate Recruitment expert as well as a chance to lead and influence the future of the graduate scheme for this globally leading company. Ideally of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified, you will have experience of working in the graduate recruitment cycle, and consequently already may have established relationships with key institutions. You will also have key influencing skills to target universities, build relationships and make the company an employer of choice for universities and graduates.
