SecretaryContract
Successful candidate will be required to provide secretarial service to a senior officer or group of senior officers. This will include maintaining diaries, organising meetings, taking minutes, producing and managing correspondence, general office duties such as filing, ordering and maintaining stationary and progress chasing. Skills required for the position include: - Experience of working as a secretary including diary maintenance and minute taking. - Experience of typing letters and data input and basic office duties in an office environment - Minimum typing speed of 70wpm - High level of verbal communication skills - Comprehensive knowledge of software packages in particular Microsoft Office - Ability to audio type - Good organisational skills - Team working skills - Excellent telephone manner - Ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision Candidate must have a minimum qualification of level RSA III.
