To provide full secretarial and administration support to principles and their teams. - Typing-audio, copy and shorthand - Review paperwork - Open and distribute post - Greet clients - Prepare paperwork for meetings - Mailshots - Diary management - Arranging client and internal meetings - Book corporate entertainments - Open and reply to emails on behalf of Manager - Photocopying - VPM entry or report printing (where appropriate) - Arrange couriers - Provide cover for reception - Make refreshments - Filing - Maintaining databases - Maintain Bring Forward System - Prepare company secretarial documentation - Postal duties - Experience in an office environment (5 years minimum) - Typing and Word processing skills (minimum 55 words a minute) - IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, Outlook) - Good communication skills - Organisational skill- flexibility/prioritisation - Good telephone manner - Accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work on own initiative.
