This leading Top Legal 500 Law Firm serving businesses, organisations and individuals across the UK and abroad, with five offices in the South are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with the emphasis on Tax Planning, Wills and Trusts. This role will be to provide corporate taxation support to the Company Department in addition to providing Private Client advice. The successful candidate must be a STEP Practitioner and Chartered Insitute of Taxation qualified where you will be involved in Capital Tax planning, Wills, Inheritance Tax and Trusts, including the commercial aspects. Experience in the preparation and negotiation of tax deeds and warranties, experience in domicile issues for non-UK domiciled individuals and also post death tax planning, using Deeds of Variation and LPA/EPA's are a pre-requisite. If you have an interest in marketing and are prepared to network and write articles and newletters and also run seminars, then we would really like to hear from you. Hours: 9am-5pm Holidays: 25 days paid + car parking amenities + exc benefits.
