Marketing Co-ordinator required for permanent opportunity with in prestigious Cheltenham based company. This is an excellent opportunity to join this reputable company who are offering genuine long term progression. Offering a supportive working environment this is an excellent opportunity. The trade marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting the commercial manager through provision of stock management, forecasting, promotional activity reports and all associated administration. Sitting between the brand owners and the end seller, this role will focus on the trade, commercial and strategy (not the consumer) side of marketing. Key duties are as follows: Collation of sales force provided forecasts where requested and evaluated versus own forecasts Compilation of weekly promotional list for customers Preparing with the brand owner full sales information pack on new products Request and organise delivery of Point of Sale Maintenance of brand stockists listing and preparation of appropriate gap analysis liaise with the brand owner on promotional stock availability and volumes Applicants for this role are required to be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with some office experience. You will be numerically strong and have sound analytical/commercial awareness. Knowledge of SAP or IT systems will be of benefit to applicants.
