Randstad are one of the worlds leading recruiters and we are currently taking on applicants for a rapidly expanding Telecommunications company within central Bristol. We are working together with the client to find quality Team Leaders to start ASAP. The job will be to lead a team of agents within the framework of set economic objectives (sales, production costs, gross margins) while complying with the groups system and meeting targets and commitments. The main challenges will be to motivate members of your team and maintain set objectives as you will be working in an environment where ongoing improvment in performance is vital. We will be looking for someone who has a perfect understanding of the call centre environment and a minimum of 3 years professional experience as an agent. Good economic and financial knowledge will be also be required.
