Training Manager

Motivated, enthusiastic Training Manager required for an expanding contact centre in North Hampshire. The successful candidate will identify training needs and deliver solutions to the company's employees. They will be instrumental in improving productivity, increasing employee morale and supporting performance management across the business. The Training Manager will develop and deliver internal training programmes, as well as sourcing external providers. They will be co-ordinating all training activity for 360+ employees and reporting on employee progress. They will also evaluate all training programmes and formulate conclusions about their effectiveness in the workplace. The successful candidate will come from a contact centre background and will have experience of working with a training budget. The Training Managers salary is £35k-£40k with a contributory pension and subsidised health care. The hours for the role are 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. This position is commutable from Basingstoke, Woking, London, Petersfield, Eastleigh, Southampton, Andover, Guilford, Fleet, Reading, Horsham, Winchester, Slough, High Wycombe, Newbury and Portsmouth.
