Delivery Head - Telecom

Nityo Infotech Limited, UK with offices based in Maidenhead, Berkshire is looking for Telecom Delivery Head, for number of projects in OSS/BSS domain, including telecom product development, implementation (Bespoke and COTS) and Business Process Management consultancy. The incumbent should have exposure to variety of CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance, Business Intelligence, Order Management, Service Fulfilment & Assurance, Performance and SLA Management Products and IP Networks and Devices. He should have the knowledge to set up best practices and standards based on TMF NGOSS framework (eTOM, SID, TNA) and CMMI - 5. The potential candidates should have built and grown a team of consultants in Telecom practice manifold by identifying, training and supporting the resources with required domain knowledge in BSS/OSS (including CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance & Business Intelligence). Co-ordinating with offshore development centre will be the key task for this role hence experience in this area would be mandatory. An overall IT experience of 10 years is desirable. Candidates are required to be degree educated or have minimum five years of relevant work experience at NVQ level 3 or above.
