Our client is looking for a Sales Coach to develop the sales team and all consultants, through on-going coaching and training to ensure the sales team deliver sensational customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Train and coach the sales teams to deliver outstanding sales and customer service
The design and delivery of structured training to all consultants in all aspects of the travel industry and delivery of sensational customer service on every call
Live call listening with every sales consultant every week
Ensure all sales consultants deliver to the customer experience sales process on every call
To work closely with the Sales Manager to accurately identify the on-going development needs of all the sales consultants and team as a whole
Develop a structured coaching and training programme with each individual
To accurately map and measure the progress made with each individual through coaching and training
Develop, write and deliver a variety of training materials that back up the individual and team development programme
To consistently evaluate the effectiveness of coaching and training
To assist with the co-ordination of external training
Provide classroom training were applicable

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Travel Sales role. Previous training experience, particularly with a GDS or other computer reservation system knowledge is a must.
