JobServe today announced the launch of a new Resume Search service designed to further enhance user experience for recruiters.
Much of the functionality seen in the new service was based upon the recommendations and feedback from JobServe’s customers.
Commenting on this new Search Product, Wendy Cowell, Global Online Sales & Business Development Manager for JobServe said "We take customer feedback very seriously. Once we heard that our customers and prospects wanted to make JobServe their primary source for Resume Search we decided to launch a new simple, but effective Resume search tool. We conducted focus groups to determine exactly what the recruiters wanted. This Resume search tool is the result of that review," she said.
Recognizing that not all recruiter’s needs are the same, JobServe now offers customers three options to Resume Searches.
1. Instant Resume Search. This non-subscription based option provides recruiters access to the Resume database upon completing a simple search form. Recruiters can run searches, review matching candidate profiles and purchase Resumes as needed 24/7.
2. Resume Search. This tool provides recruiters with the flexibility to easily modify key search criteria. Additionally, it ranks candidates by relevancy and displays candidates in a format that allows for quick Resume analysis and side by side comparison.
3. Resume Search Pro. This advanced Resume search tool allows recruiters to finely tune their search to find the best possible candidate. With this intelligent service recruiters have the ability search 30 different candidate dimensions.
"JobServe always has one goal in mind, deliver high quality unique candidates. We understand that a one product fits all approach is not the way forward. When it comes to Resume search, we want to offer recruiters flexibility," Cowell added.
"Early customer feedback on JobServe’s latest Resume Search tool is extremely encouraging and this new Resume Search tool will be tremendously helpful to recruiters in a candidate driven market," concluded Cowell.
