Jobserve’s “Featured Jobs” product attracts and delivers more matching candidates Article Listing

07 October 2009 13:30

Released earlier this month, "Featured Jobs" integrates the power of JobServe's candidate matching technology with preferred site placement and targeted email campaigns to drive candidate response. Phil Simpson, Vice President JobServe USA, said, "This unique approach to online recruiting ensures that all potential candidates within the JobServe database are identified and contacted."

The "Featured Jobs" product offers customers several distinct advantages compared to traditional online advertisements. Appearing organically in the search results or as a two line display ad off to the side, "Featured Jobs" are indentified by a unique icon that when hovered over displays the full job content. This feature provides job seekers with the content they are seeking without the added click.

Leveraging the power of its jobs by email subscription service JobServe notifies candidates of "Featured Jobs" three times within seven days; traditionally this is a one-time service. Furthermore, a customized message highlighting the job is delivered to candidates identified through an enhanced version of JobServe's candidate matching technology, Alchemy.

JobServe's General Manager Search Products & User Experience, James Wren commented, "We have combined our job search functionality with our candidate search functionality and produced a product that is unlike any other in the market."

"Featured Jobs" are a worthwhile investment for those recruiters looking to "stand out" among the crowd and increase their candidate flow" added Simpson.
