JobServe today announced the release to market of its Featured Job advertising product.
Launching JobServe's latest technologically advanced Featured Job product, James Wren, General Manager Search Products & User Experience said, " we have combined our job search functionality with our candidate search functionality and produced a product that is unlike any other in the market".
"Our Featured Job product allows recruiters to ensure their advert appears against a typical job search run by their target candidate pool. In this way the advert always remains "at the top of the pile" and seen by the maximum number of preferred candidates, whilst maintaining high relevance for the candidate", Wren added.
"By coupling this with targeted eShots to candidates with the required skill sets and who are currently looking for, we ensure every qualified and available candidate on our data base who could meet the adverts' requirements are identified and contacted.
"Also by including the advert in priority position in candidates' job subscriptions for 3 successive "job alerts" we are confident that hard to fill jobs will be a thing of the past", said Wren.
"This product requires a huge processing resource to carry out the millions of searches and matching processes and took 6 months to develop according to JobServe. Consequently, at £495 per Featured Job, the product is priced at the top of the range for job advertising products and the initial results during the trial period show the power of combining the various search technologies has made the effort worthwhile."
This is the latest move in a product portfolio revamp which commenced midyear and saw the introduction of -
- Instant Resume access;
- Smart Ads (JobServe's version of Pay Per Click Ads);
- Pay for Performance Job Adverts (pay for application pricing model).
Also JobServe has become a member of the Jobg8 Network , where job advert syndication results in job adverts being shown on around 300 different job boards and thereby reaches a huge audience.
Like others in the recruiting industry, JobServe has reported increased advertiser and candidate activity in September.
"Although we have seen strong candidate interest in jobs throughout the summer, we are now seeing increased activity from our recruiting customers. The biggest challenge facing recruiters is sifting through the piles of Resume's landing in their in boxes. Several new products for recruiters will be launched in the Autumn to continue to make this process easier for our customers", Wren concluded.
