Location: Belgium

Understand customer business, analyze, and document the requirements.
Create functional requirements and functional design for customizations.
Create solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements.
Trains users on new processes and product
Excellent time management and organization skills .
Configure AX to suite the customer requirements
Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training
Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
To configure application, analyze and upload the data
Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents.
Interact with customers/stakeholders at customer site to understand any challenges .
Collaborate with technical team to provide simulation and track resolution of issues
Monitor issues through ticket tracking system.
