On behalf our client in Insurance Industry, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master 80-100% to reinforce the current team bring guidance and facilitate the design and development of digital customer experiences. This is a permanent position based in Bern. The position is available as soon as possible. Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home).
Your responsibilities will include:
Coaching teams in working in agile collaboration. Using your solid background and creativity to consolidate agile transition of the organization. Clearing and removing obstacles during the projects. Planning and preparing the communication plan. Supporting the team and motivate them to high quality results. Privileged partner to the Product Owner to clear product backlogs. Your profile: You have a strong knowledge of scrum methodologies. Native or fluent in German and good knowledge of English. At least 2-5 years experience as a Scrum Master Scrum certifications are big plus (PSM I, CSD, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.) Planning skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
