Clinical Vendor Manager vacancy requiring profound Pharma and Risk Management knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Leading and overseeing third-party due diligence processes, ensuring thoroughness and compliance
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with third-party engagements, ensuring robust risk management strategies
• Maintaining high standards of documentation quality and completeness in Third-Party Management systems
• Collaborating with third parties to facilitate the exchange of materials and information necessary for due diligence
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the global Third-Party Management process
• Providing expertise and training to operational teams and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business guidance

Your experience/knowledge:

• Previous experience in clinical vendor management or similar roles within clinical research
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research and drug development
• Familiarity with procurement processes and managing external suppliers
• Good understanding of clinical data systems/platforms and integration
• University degree in a life science or health care discipline
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

• Strong skills in negotiating, managing, and supervising third-party vendors and external suppliers
