über das Geschäftsfeld oder das Projekt:

• Organisation/Koordination vom Tagesgeschäft (Posteingang, Verteilung, Bearbeitung)
• Kontrolle Vollständigkeit Leasingdossiers unter Einhaltung Anforderung VSP + weitere Weisungen
• Weiterleitung Status-Meldung an den Fachverantwortlichen sowie Bewirtschaftung der Ablage
• Sicherstellung der Abarbeitung der Leasing- und Auszahlungspendenzen sowie der vorgegebenen Prozesse/Arbeitsanweisungen
• Identifizierung von Lösungen für das jeweilige Kundenbedürfnis in Kenntnis der gesamten Produktpalette der BANK-now
• Professionelle Beratung der VP- und Leasingnehmer

• Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften, Prozesse und Weisungen (Legal & Compliance)
• Kundenidentifikation

Erforderliche Sprachen (ein Muss)

• Fließend; Deutsch und Französisch oder
• Fließend; Deutsch und Italienisch
