Background:
ASPIRE is a company-wide business transformation program that aims to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the company enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core. A relevant piece of this transformation will rely on the management of Master Data, which will be managed by SAP MDG tool. The local deployment team in FHLR Wave (manufacturing site at Kaiseraugst) requires an expert to help with the migration and management activities of master data under the new ASPIRE template model.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with local SAP development team for data export/imports
- Perform overall Master Data activities such as reporting, analysis, requirements gathering, etc
- Join and/or complete Data Migration related workshops/trainings
- Perform or ensure data cleansing tasks are completed on time
- Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
- Perform and confirm value mapping performed by the Deployment Functional Data Owners
- Create and maintain master lists, if applicable, for assigned objects
- Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the Legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
- Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
- Verify/validate that the data is fit for purpose (including alignment with internal/external stakeholders) and check upload files before and after load for all assigned data objects
- Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients for assigned objects (if applicable)
- Perform dual maintenance and provide Data Migration Workbooks (DMWs) for delta load on time (if applicable)
- Act as SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management process during Hyper-care
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's and University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Education, Engineering, Business/Administration, Management, Information Systems, Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role (*)
- Experience with Materials and Production Master Data (*)
- Tools and systems proficiency: SAP ERP (R3 & S4 HANA); SAP MDG-M, SAP DS/IS, SAP BW, BW/4HANA; SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or QlikView (*)
- Excellent analytical mindset with ability to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Strong communication, networking skills, someone who enjoys working with others and acts as a team player
- Strong customer centric, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to propose different solutions for the customers' needs
- Strategic and holistic mindset with the ability to manage topics in agile/Matrix organizations
- Familiar and comfortable with agile ways of working and adaptable to changing environments
- English is a must
- Skills with Excel Macros, Google office (eg G-sheets is a nice to have), database management (*)
Nice to Have:
- German would be helpful
- SAP Certifications, PMP, ITIL
