Azure DevOps Engineer vacancy requiring profound YAML, PowerShell, GitHub and Automation knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Maintaining and enhancing existing YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Developing new automation pipelines to meet evolving needs
• Converting existing classic pipelines into YAML
• Preparing for and implementing migration to GitHub
• Gathering automation requirements from the Trading Applications team
• Collaborating with IT groups for seamless systems integration and change management

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of industry experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and PowerShell Scripting
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
• Expertise with modern CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration
• University degree in information management, computer science or related field or similar qualification or certificate
• Experience with Maven and .NET build processes would be a big advantage

• Team player with ability to work in a diverse, international organization
• Flexibility, service orientation, good problem solving and root cause analysis
