Cititec are partnered with an electronic trading firm, and they're looking for an L2 support specialist to join their team! As a key team member, you'll ensure seamless operations and drive global success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier support within SLA framework, specializing in FIX Protocol.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical service problems, utilizing expertise in FIX API.
  • Manage toolsets and Knowledge Base content for optimal support efficiency.
  • Generate comprehensive Customer Service reports.
  • Lead continual improvement initiatives within the support team, leveraging FIX Protocol proficiency.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in FIX support roles, demonstrating deep expertise.
  • Track record in continuous service improvement within electronic trading.
  • Experience managing suppliers and support contracts, focusing on FIX API solutions.
  • Strong leadership in managing technical/infrastructure support teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in IT service delivery management, especially in FIX Protocol.
  • Proficiency in managing and monitoring SLAs.
  • Previous experience in Service Management/Support roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ITIL V3 or v4 Foundation Certification.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Networking expertise.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud management.
