HIL Engineer (Contract)
Location: Munich, Germany Country: Germany Rate: 60€ - 75€ per hour
Hi,
Our client in the automotive industry in Munich is looking for a HIL Engineer on site.
Your Skills
Successfully completed studies in engineering, eg electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive electronics, with a bachelor's or master's degree
Good communication skills in German (mandatory) and English
Ability to work in a team Analysis of customer requirements
Commissioning and maintenance of dSPACE (or equivalent) hardware-in-the-loop test benches
Creation, parameterization, integration and validation of Real Time simulation models
Bus implementations for LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet Analysis and documentation of test bench anomalies
MATLAB and Simulink modelling of physical behavior models, vehicle electronics and technology, eg e-drive, battery management
Hands-on experience with the dSPACE ConfigurationDesk and ControlDesk
Design and testing of electronic circuits, metrology, Real Time systems
Nice to have
In-depth expertise in dSPACE SCALEXiO HIL systems
1 - 3 years of work experience with dSPACE SCALEXiO HIL systems and/or other hardware-in-the-loop systems
High Voltage Safety and First Aid Certification
Experience with various vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.
Know-how about functional safety standards and tests
Analysis, implementation and development of test cases
Work experience with automated test benches/manual test benches
Experience with automation tools such as ECU Test, dSPACE AutomationDesk or equivalent
Programming skills CAPL, Python
Know-how in FPGA programming
Experience working with global OEMs
Experience with e-drive tests at test bench and vehicle level
Contract: Freelance
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Munich
Conditions: On site (90%)
Rate: 60€ - 75€ per hour
