Scrum Master - CPH - 7 months + (Contract)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Country: Denmark Rate: competitive
 

Global Enterprise Partners is currently on the lookout for a Scrum Master for a thrilling mission in Copenhagen for 7 months with the possibility of an extension.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Empower and support product teams to execute roadmaps and achieve outcomes.
  • Foster an Agile mindset and improve ways of working within the area supported.
  • Coach and mentor team members, product managers, and leadership.
  • Guide teams towards self-sustainability and high performance.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
  • Remove impediments to ensure teams reach their objectives and deliver business value.
  • Work with leadership to address structural roadblocks and risks.
  • Ensure teams track their work, dependencies, and risks effectively.
  • Contribute actively to the Scrum Master Community of Excellence.
  • Support team capacity planning and budget planning.
  • Assist in DevOps transformation within the teams.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong Agile methodology knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Experience in working within scaled Agile environments such as SAFe or Spotify model.
  • Experience with global solution implementations across multiple markets.
  • Servant leadership mindset with exceptional coaching abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of technology and digital delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in Jira tooling is a plus.
