TBG Learning supports over 30,000 people each year into employment or further education. Our programme for 16-19 year olds, Pre-Apprenticeship Routeway, is aimed to get young people ready to go into employment, Apprenticeship or further education. All Pre-Apprenticeship Routeway courses are practical and fun. Courses will give you the skills and knowledge you need to get the job, apprenticeship or college course you you’ve always dreamt of and we have links to 1000’s of employers. Many of our past learners comment on how they really enjoyed the friendly relaxed atmosphere, and recognise that it is “not like school as you are treated like young adults” and expected to achieve your own goals.
