1st line Service Desk Support- Financial Services - London


A leading Investment Management company are looking for an experienced 1st line Technical Support Analyst to join them in their London office.


This is an excellent opportunity for a support analyst to expand their skill set and excel their career. You will be providing 1st line technical support for computing infrastructure and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and correctly log any service desk incidents or requests
  • Provide support to Polycom video conference infrastructure
  • Support in house applications and remote users
  • Administration of exchange accounts and mobile devices
  • Develop and maintenance of documentation
  • Escalation of issues to 2nd and 3rd level support

Key Skills:

  • Experience in the use of Active Directory
  • Experience of building, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows
  • Experience of supporting Office 2013 applications
  • Experience of using Service Desk Management software
