Desktop Support Analyst - Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange

Desktop Support Analyst required to provide support to all colleagues in relation to requests raised via the service desk for any hardware, software product or service relating to end user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, virtual devices or applications across the UK

Candidates need to demonstrate the following skills/expertise:

* Excellent analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and customer focus skills
* Knowledge of data networking principles and functionality
* Knowledge of business critical applications
* Technical support capability
* Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
* Knowledge of Server operating systems
* Knowledge of core applications installed on end user equipment
* Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware equipment failure
* Ability to rebuild and reimage desktops and laptops
* Ability to deploy software using latest tools (SCCM)
* Ability to manage and resolve print issues
* Ability to resolve issues on virtual desktops
