Facts Training Ltd is an HSE approved first aid training provider established in Plymouth, Devon 1991 when it was originally known as First Aid Consultancy And Training Service or F.A.C.T.S.  Since then we have grown to become a national first aid training company offering a wide range of first aid courses and health and safety training to businesses of all types from the smallest right up to multi site blue chip companies.

We have a highly experienced team of first aid instructors and health and safety trainers based across the UK and we specialise in delivering flexible in house training on location at our clients premises.  We also offer a range of online health and safety courses that are ideal for inductions for new staff and knowledge updates for existing staff covering a wide range of health and safety issues.

We are committed to high levels of customer service and pride ourselves in delivering quality training to all of our customers however large or small.  Our on site training delivery provides a cost effective and flexible training solution and courses are delivered in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. 

We have a transparent pricing policy so you can be sure that the course prices listed on our website are fully inclusive and cover all course materials, tuition, books, instructors costs, assessment and certification where applicable, the only additional charges are for VAT and a small surcharge for courses within the M25 to cover additional instructors costs, this is clearly pointed out in the course description and on our booking form.
