Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll engage with stakeholders, conduct research, and explore diverse design possibilities to create unparalleled user experiences. Your designs will not only be visually compelling but also rooted in a deep understanding of user needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design strategies and translate them into visually engaging concepts.
• Apply Systems Thinking to design holistic ecosystems.
• Simplify complex processes into intuitive solutions.
• Deliver finalized designs and provide support to development teams during implementation.
• Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring customer-centricity in all processes.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years experience as UX Designer with experience working on similar complex projects in the Netherlands
• Deep understanding of the financial sector
• Collaboration with strategists, product owners, developers, and stakeholders
• Utilization of mock-ups, prototypes, and playbooks for visualization
• Seamless translation of designs into implementation
