I am currently working in partnership with a global life sciences client who are embarking on an exciting initiative to elevate their employee experience, knowledge access and support mechanisms. As a priority, I am seeking an experienced Service Design Lead based in Lisbon, Portugal who will play a pivotal role in identifying and rectifying workflow challenges by leading the design and delivery of new cutting-edge services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse pain points in stakeholder's current workflows and knowledge access processes. Translate these identified pain points into actionable solutions and designs.
- Gather minimum service requirements from relevant stakeholders.
- Identify a backlog of new opportunities to add value to the enterprise service.
- Develop service strategies and design workflows that are aligned to employee needs and business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to different teams on best practices and service design principles.
Essential Requirements
- Experienced Service Design professional with a background in addressing pain points in employee workflows and leading service design projects within a complex environment.
- Thorough understanding of service design tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Strong analysis skills, with the ability to translate employee pain points into service solutions that support an efficient workflow.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
