Position Summary: The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing the Human Resource Function and Labor Relations. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and dotted line to the Executive Director of Human Resources. Minimum requirements to be considered for this job include: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR-related role.
