Oil (Well and Drilling) Cost Management Expert - Urgent need

I am urgently seeking a Cost Management Expert for an international project.

Below are the specifications for the Cost Management Expert: 

1. 6+ years in Cost Management within the Oil & Gas industry (preferably with specific experience in either Well, Drilling or Completion)

2. Strong experience in defining and designing KPI for well operations 

3. Familiar with Oil and Petroleum accounting 

4. SAP Experience would be useful

The project is ideally looking for candidates with managerial accounting background as the main purpose is to provide know how and best practices to reorganise the current cost management processes within the well operations. 

The position is in urgent need, so we would need candidates to start within 1-2 weeks period, if you can start sooner than that would add weight to your proposal.
