We have a senior level Dynamics GP Consultant position with a growing, award-winning, solutions company in the greater DFW vicinity, which provides high-impact business solutions to middle-market companies, nationally and internationally.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overall project delivery and project management of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations as well as developing project-level client relationships.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
* Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
* Gather and understand client system requirements for software selections or custom application
design
* Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics packaged applications
* Integrate business processes and systems
* Develop data conversion and testing strategies
* Train end users to use new processes or technology
* Prepare for and lead client meetings and facilitated strategy sessions
* Develop and manage project budget and scope
* Quarterly and yearly planning sessions with key customer executives to identify high value
initiatives within their accounts
* Leverage team members and alliances to cross-sell Business, Technology, and Process Outsourcing solution products and services
* Ensure overall client satisfaction
What you need for this position:
* At least 5-years of experience delivering, supporting, and/or selling Microsoft Dynamics (GP, SL, NAV, AX and CRM)
* Four year degree
* Minimum certification requirement includes Dynamics GP 2010/10.0 Financials, Human Resources (HR) and Payroll;
* Experience with core business processes such as accounting, distribution and manufacturing
* Experience with reporting tools: SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal, FRx, Report Writer
* Knowledge of GP customization tools
A big plus:
* MCITP Certification
* Advanced certification including: Inventory and Order Processing, Installation and Configuration, Integration Manager
* Experience selling, supporting and implementing other Tier 1 ERP solutions (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IFS)
* Large consulting organization experience, preferred
* Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
* Experience with Business Portal/SharePoint
* Advanced degree(s) or equivalent work experience
